Frequently asked questions

Is Plus2Poker free?

Yes. Creating tables, playing and downloading the hand history are all free, and there is nothing to buy.

Do my friends need an account?

No. Share the invite link; your friends open it, type a name and pick a seat.

How many players can join one table?

From 2 to 9. When you create a table you choose heads-up, 6-max, 8 or 9 seats.

What is the difference between a cash game and a tournament?

In a cash game the blinds stay the same and players can join, top up or leave at any time. In a tournament everyone starts with the same stack, the blinds rise on a timer, and the last player with chips wins.

Can I set my own blind levels?

Yes. Tournaments come with a ready-made schedule, and under Advanced you can set the small blind, big blind and length of every level yourself.

Can I download the hand history?

Yes. Every action is recorded, and you can download a spreadsheet with each hand, each action and per-player stats such as VPIP and PFR. Other players' hidden cards are included once the host ends the game.

Can I play on my phone?

Yes. The table works in any modern browser on phones, tablets and computers.

Is real money involved?

No. Chips are points for keeping score. They have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold or exchanged.

How long does a table stay open?

Until the host ends the game. Tables nobody has used for about a day are removed automatically.
